The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age - in case of minors, the legal guardians are requested to carry out the entry. The promoters, members of their immediate family and persons involved in the running of the prize draw are excluded from participation. The prize draw is free to enter.
Entrants must send in the correct answer to the winning question and give their name, surname and e-mail address. Proof of legal age may be required. The entry can only be made by email to kla4duogewinnspiel.at, participation is only possible via internet. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of all of these terms and conditions. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.

This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with YouTube and Twitter. YouTube or Twitter are not person in charge for the prize draw.
The winners agree to the release of their first name, first letter of their last name and place of residence during the above-mentioned livestream. Not later than on the following day they will be notified and asked to provide their personal data (full name and postal address). This is only for the purpose to deliver the prizes and will be deleted immediately. Shipping is included.

If there are some of the above-mentioned products not available at the time of shipping the prizes, the promoters reserve the right to replace them by some equal products.
Perhaps there will be the possibility to give a consolation prize to all the other participants to say thank you. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered.

Prize Draw
The winners will be drawn at random among all correct entries by the promoters during a livestream event on their YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC3g2mwVyoYDtW8USh_7aKYA/videos (likely on 17th February 2023, in case of some changes the new date will be announced early enough on YouTube or other digital platforms).

All decisions are final. The promoters reserve the right to change the conditions of participation (unannounced too) or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the prize draw if difficulties occur to carry out the prize draw like planned. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by Austrian law. Furthermore the promoters shall only be liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, liability for slight negligence is excluded as far as permitted by law. No responsibility will be accepted for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any telephone, network, electronic or computer malfunctions. By participating in this prize draw entrants keep YouTube or Twitter indemnified against all liability. In the event of conflict between the two versions, the German version will prevail.
In case of unforeseen circumstances the prize draw can be cancelled, modified or ended at any time. Any breach of the conditions of participation entitles the promoters to exclude people from participation. The entrants consent to the collection and use of personal information for the purpose of administering the prize draw.
